This was easy to assemble and is incredibly sturdy. I am very impressed with how easy it was to assemble.The motor isn't too impressive, but it adjusts the height quick enough.I fit a custom desktop to this base. It was easy to line up so I could drill holes for mounting. It's very well designed.The only con is that the black finish on it is weak. As I was moving my fully assembled desk, it lightly bumped wooden end table, which resulted in 2 noticable scuff marks.I'm not complaining for the price. If it had a durable powder coat finish, it would be incredible.If I had time to do this again, I'd apply a coat of primer and paint it a matte or satin finish.Highly recommend!I purchased this stand to convert my antique oak teacher's desk to a standing desk. The stand adjusted out to a full 60" to span the existing drawer units with no cuts or damage. The legs are nice and solid. Even though the floor has padding and deep pile carpet, the desktop has only a slight wobble when fully raised.Other than one mounting flange being slightly out of alignment (Fixed with a washer) the kit was complete (including brackets and cable ties to tuck the wiring out of sight), and went together easily.Pretty good standing desk frame considering how inexpensive it is compared to others.Movement was pretty smooth and quiet.It was wobbly for me on carpet, but when I tried it on solid floor it was actually really stable, even at max height.Looks like the description is accurate now in that it only goes to a minimum of 28.4, but when I initially purchased it was incorrect.I would recommend if you are ok with desk only going as low as 28.4We purchased 2 of these stands just before COVID to set up our new home office (great timing!) and are absolutely thrilled with them! We added a butcher block counter top from a hardware store and it's perfect! We use these desks daily. Very easy for 2 people to put together and probably able to be done by one except flipping them upright. The mechanism works perfectly and we can adjust for any height. We have recommended them to everyone!Works great. Finish the holder for power supply was a little longer but it works.This combo-ed with an Ikea counter top makes an awesome standing/sitting desk. It is a little tall while sitting, but it works perfectly for me. Much cheaper than buying one outright and much more customizable, absolutely love it.The actual minimum height is 28.4 inches not 24. Other then that its pretty solid.All issues resolved from last review! I will buy this again - good product!
